We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Immigration Coordinator to join our Sydney office on a six month fixed term contract basis

THE ROLE

As a Business Immigration Coordinator, you will be providing end to end immigration administration support to the team.

Client Relationships and Case Work

• Assist team to develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Prepare accurate and complete visa applications which are correct to standard process
• Undertake billing and marketing tasks to a high standard of accuracy
• Manage own case work effectively within agreed time frames
• Work with team members to ensure the work within the team is completed accurately, correct to standard process and within SLAs
• Adhere to any agreed internal or external SLAs

Knowledge Building and Professional Practice

• Maintain, improve and share knowledge of Fragomen policies and processes
• Adhere to external and internal ethical and practice management standards

Internal Relationships and Processes

• Follow internal policies on risk management, use of Fragomen Connect, E-files, best practices and IT usage
• Contribute to, and foster a positive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

The successful candidate possesses a degree qualification and ideally comes with some work experiences within the professional services industry.

You will be a team player, possess good written and oral communication skills, be highly organised to plan and manage high volumes of work in a busy environment and integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy, but fun, team environment.
