The APJC Partner Business Operations Manager plays a crucial role supporting APJC Theatres leaders of Customer Experience (CX) Renewals & Operations and has a positive relationship with APJC WW Sales Strategy & Planning teams. Reporting to the APJC CX Renewals Business Operations lead, you will build efficient relationships with key partners across all functions of the business to deliver optimal performance against Cisco’s recurring revenue targets. To be rewarding in this role, you should be a hardworking communicator who is able to build positive relation with leaders, Partner Renewals and Renewals Distribution Managers, and who is working effectively in difficult situations.

This is a critical support role in APJC that will dig into the Partner business to help us drive insights that is actionable and will make high business impact.

  • You will support APJC Renewals business acceleration through in depth support of the partner/channel go-to-market through supporting Partner Renewals and Renewals Distribution Managers in their day-to-day operations and work task.
  • You will facilitate & Lead monthly meetings with the Partner Renewals and Renewals Distribution Manager to deep dive into operational pain points & drive effective change management and adoption.
  • You will align with global partner GTM strategies and bring operational capabilities into APJC and pilot new GTM motions to develop partner Renewals scaling strategies.
  • You will partner with internal teams to develop a plan, leading to an extraordinary customer experience. Teams include Partner Organisation, Channel Operations teams, sales and operations teams, Cisco Partners, and other customer success specialists
Our minimum requirements for this role
  • 7+ years minimum work experience in operations, sales, financial, data analytics or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex ideas and options in a clear and concise fashion to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Showcase strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • You have a couple years experience leading change from strategy creation to execution
