The Company
Work for an internationally recognized property agency with a market-leading approach to corporate real estate and client services.
The Role
The role will see you adopt the leasing strategy of the company and offer an end-to-end leasing service to clients. The role will involve the immediate leasing of assets within the commercial management portfolio. You will be expected to expand on established networks and prospect for new listings. You will be a strong negotiator with excellent financial capability and be confident with a natural customer service ability.
The Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through networking, events, visits, cold calling and marketing initiatives
- Conduct end-to-end leasing to a standard that reflects corporate strategy and company values
- Maintain a tidy database with a clear schedule for reconnections and follow-ups
- Assist the team and team leaders with existing listings and ad-hoc duties where required
- Liaise with solicitors to ensure all relevant/necessary documentation is compliant and properly executed
Ideal Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial leasing role
- A relevant Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Punctuality and a strong ability to time manage
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
