Overview

We are currently working with a global fintech organization who are one of the largest in their industry globally. With just over 4,000 people globally, their Sydney office is still just under 50 people with a huge push on culture and working cohesively.

At present they are looking to hire 2 Site Reliability Engineers (One senior and One Junior) for their Engineering team. The Technical Operations team has grown steadily over the last 12 months and to ensure 24/7 support globally, Sydney is the last piece of the puzzle. 

The Role 

Operations, DevOps, Incident Management, Monitoring & Dashboard Management. Their Engineering culture is still maturing so you will have the opportunity work on a number of upcoming projects with the global team (currently 10 people). The role will be regular office hours with 1 weekend on call every 6-8 weeks. You will receive time in lieu of this in addition to 25 days annual leave.

Their Sydney team almost replicate the business on a smaller scale as they have a number of functions including Sales, Customer Success, People & Culture, Marketing, Legal and Finance. So if you prefer not to be surrounded by techies all day, this is worth considering!
