Regis Lutwyche

Regis Lutwyche is a contemporary aged care facility located in the inner north suburb of Brisbane on the famed Kedron Brook Trail. Our aged care home is located 13 minutes to Brisbane Airport and 15 minutes drive to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, the Prince Charles Hospital and St Vincent Private Hospital.

Regis Lutwyche has 135 single rooms (including dementia-specific, palliative and respite), each with en suite, and all with a view of a courtyard or landscaped garden. Our amenities feature concierge, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, private dining room, day spa, hair salon, cinema, library and an onsite café.

About The Role

We currently have a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to work at our Regis Lutwyche facility on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday. The Office Manager position is a key role within the frontline management team within the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Various administrative tasks
  • Supporting staff rostering
  • Maintaining training records
  • Maintenance of staff personnel files

Skills & Experience
  • Forward-thinking ability
  • Reliability, and a well organised approach
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Microsoft office suite and competent with use of internal systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment

Mandatory Requirements For All Candidates
  • Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
  • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
  • Evidence that you have had the 2020 Flu Vaccination or willingness to complete this before employment can be offered (VIC & QLD currently exempt)*
  • Subject to change, as per the relevant State and Territory Public Health Orders.
