Strata Admin/ Manager Assistant Role

Are you looking for a role that involves working closely with management and independently? Learning from skilled and awarded professionals in this field, who will internally train and mentor you? Are you a problem solver and a thinker with a focus on providing the best customer service possible? Do you want to be a part of a fast growing organisation?

Experience within the Strata Industry in any capacity will be a definite bonus, though will not be the only defining factor. Those with previous Admin experience, PA experience or experience and knowledge in the property sector (which could include work at real estate offices, building maintenance organisations or similar).

Requirements:

  • Drivers License,
  • Proven computer skills with-in the Office suite of products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of general financial accounts

  • Ability to work closely within a team but also work independently with initiative
  • Effective time management skills with strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work to deadline and perform under pressure

Role expectations will be varied but may include:

  • Online daily banking tasks, accounts payable including invoicing and basic debt recovery
  • Communicating efficiently and professionally with Clients, Contractors and third parties
  • Preparing reports and maintaining documents including filing both electronically and manually
  • Maintaining a team diary, updating and following up tasks outstanding
  • General administration duties (manual and electronic) including filing
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Issuing and coordinating maintenance repairs and quotes in accordance with existing systems
  • Answering phones and returning emails

Salary package will be considered based on your industry or life experiences suited to this role and will be reviewed annually.

The opportunity to progress with-in the Company and grow to a higher strata management position is a realistic possibility, however those that are satisfied with continuing long term in this specific role are encouraged to also apply.
