ABOUT THE ROLE

If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter we want you to fulfil our newly created full time role of Client Partner Support Officer. Reporting to the Senior Client Partner Manager this is a role will provide support to our very busy Business Development & Commercial team in our Osborne Park Office.

DUTIES

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support to the Western Australia based Client Partner team
  • Customer queries and liaising with potential clients
  • Drafting adhoc reporting as required
  • Providing costing quotes to potential and existing clients.
  • Confirming quotes and finalising sales.
  • Develop and manage the business development client databases

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills together with the following:

  • Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skills
  • High accuracy level and attention to detail
  • Computer know how – Previous experience with a CRM is highly regarded
  • Analytical & problem solving skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player, contributor, and self-motivation a must!
