We are currently recruiting for an Administrator, to be based in the Inner Brisbane area for an immediate start till 30 June with possible extensions.

About your new role:
- Deliver quality services to clients, stakeholders and the community through the application of Victim Assist resources, policies, processes, systems and technologies
- Use, update and monitor relevant databases in line with departmental policies to ensure confidentiality and accuracy of data
- Prepare, process and manage electronic and physical correspondence, client documents and other documents of an administrative/financial nature in accordance with legislation and departmental policies and procedures in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively and create relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including other departmental business units and the non-government sector, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery
About you:
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Gains insight into issues by analysing the available information in a critical manner
- Excellent attention to detail
