The Client

Our client is a prestigious and established Funds Management Platform with substantial funds under management across multiple property funds and asset classes. They offer access across various domestic geographies and an impressive track record for investors whilst boasting impressive leadership and growth plans.

The Role

This role will find reporting into the senior Asset Manager you part of a collaborative asset management team that supports various funds across the business.
 
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure financial performance of the portfolio, including annual budget preparation and monitoring.
• Strategic Portfolio management.
• Deliver Capex and Opex budgeting activities and approval as well and project manage works.
• Oversee Leasing activities and enquiries. Assist with the co-ordination of fit outs and tenant related requirements.
• Be the property management lead on all Property Management functions and ensure all are in line with corporate compliance and strategy.
• Manage outsourced Property Managers and contractors.
• Ensure company processes, procedures and regulatory obligations are adhered to.
• Internal & External stakeholder management.

Skills and Experience
 
You bring upwards of 3 – 5 years' experience as an Asset Manager and be very strong numerically, perhaps possessing Valuation or Analyst experience as well as solid property management experience. This opportunity will see you liaising with multiple internal stakeholders, therefore excellent written and verbal communication is key.

You will have exemplary communication skills with a strong work ethic and the desire to work in a high performing and fast paced environment. Attractive salary package is available to the successful candidate.
