We are currently seeking a Trainer for one of Western Australia's biggest employers. This role is an initial 6 month contract with views to extend. You'll be based in Shenton Park, and a great hourly rate is on offer.

Some of your duties would include:

* Providing an effective learning environment and deliver training to diverse audiences, from management to regional field operations, across multiple solutions.
* Share and incorporate feedback and learning to review and refine training materials and delivery.
* Assist with training admin/coordination tasks and updating of training materials.
* Identification of bugs and recommended enhancements for project backlog consideration, including participating in solution testing.
* Liaise with project team and business stakeholders to keep abreast of solution evolution and project deliverables, incorporating into training plans and delivery.
* Travel will be required within WA to regional and remote areas

We are seeking someone with experience in:

* Delivering training under an online training delivery model
* Proven track record in face-to-face, classroom based end-user IT training.
* Clear oral and written communication.
* A desire and commitment to working in a strong team culture.
* Exceptional organisational, time and self-management skills (including working from home / remotely of colleagues).
* Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
* Respectful communication skills, integrity and honesty.
* Ability to assist with training coordination tasks and updating training materials where required.
* Experienced working on system implementation projects and able to easily come up to speed on new systems.
