OzShut Roller Shutters is WA's leading roller shutter company based right here in Malaga, Perth WA. An iconic brand which is well known and highly regarded for high quality, excellent customer satisfaction and after sales service.

With approximately 130 employees and contractors, OzShut is in the next phase of planned growth which will attract more diverse business from more industries as well as the residential sector.

OzShut is seeking an EXPERIENCED Receptionist for our busy Administration Department.

As you are the "first person" of contact for our clients, your understanding of this importance means you must be a well spoken individual with an positive and bubbly nature.

The position would suit those who:

  • Are able to deal with a high volume of calls and be competent with an advanced PABX console and soft phone/ computer based telephony system;
  • Able to use computer based programs Like Outlook(email), Word and Excel;
  • Able to use and navigate spreadsheets for data entry and updating of company data;
  • Able to competently type accurately to 40wpm;
  • Meet the MINIMUM classification criteria for Level 1, Year 2 under the Clerks Award 2020;
  • Experience in MYOB an advantage.
  • Police Clearance required.

This is a full-time position based in Malaga. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. Remuneration is $47K- $51K per annum plus super as per the current award & depending on experience.
