We are a small family-owned business with an auto electrical workshop, parts shop, and online shop.

We are looking for someone to join our team, who is passionate about auto electrics, 4wheel drive fit outs and 12Volt systems.

Tasks in this role include:

• Answering incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
• Using the company warehouse management software to process orders (training will be provided)
• Updating product listings and checking for product updates
• Managing the appearance of the shop and reception area (incl. stock levels, presentation of displays, tidiness, etc.)
• Receiving and shipping goods
• Assisting with critical day-to-day administrative duties
• Other duties as required (we are a small team and all help each other out)

Our ideal new team member has:

• A passion for the automotive industry with an interest in 12Volt technology, 4-wheel-driving fit outs and auto electrics
• Great computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills (orally & written)
• High attention to detail in creating attractive displays in our parts shop
• Strong organisational skills
• A friendly nature
• A passion for great customer service and is committed to provide genuine help, creating positive and lasting impressions and moments that matter for the customers
• The ability to follow office and workflow procedures and be proactive to think these through and help develop these further while the business grows
• A positive attitude and approach to problem solving
• A positive approach to working in a team and the ability to follow instructions and also work independently
• A pro-active approach to the required duties of the role, and outside the role
