This means we have the opportunity to employ a joyful & enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator/Receptionist to join our very successful & experienced team with Prime Recruitment.

We offer a diverse and varied work experience with full Management Support along the way. We are now in the ideal position in employing a suitable individual to kick start a new career path for you so that you can now put 2020 behind you.

Do you have the following attributes & qualities, namely?

  • Previous recruitment & placements experience across the areas of Blue Collar (Trades/Engineering or Industrial) sectors would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills is a definite
  • A professional manner and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional presentation skills
  • Take pride in your work with self-drive and dedication to want to be the "Best" of what you do
  • A good "Team Player", confident with a friendly & professional phone manner
  • Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
  • Competent in the use of computers and have good solid experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • HIGHLY regarded if you have had some experience with FastTrack database management (Not essential)

Responsibilities to the role include but are not limited to, namely:

  • Screening, interviewing and reference checking of candidates
  • Building & maintaining positive client & employee relations
  • Providing support to the consulting & recruitment team with fast and accurate supply of shortlists for our clients
  • Database and performance management
  • Placing of adverts onto various talent platforms & managing our social media platforms
  • Talent sourcing of candidates in the Trades/Engineering or Industrial sectors
  • General Receptionist/Administration & data entry duties as required
  • General Adhoc duties to the role
