We are independently and locally owned, and we partner with some of the world's leading businesses within these sectors to provide staff across multiple areas including mining hospitality, trades, and other onsite job roles. We supply a minimum of 50 hand-selected candidates to our client base each week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Blue Collar Mobilisation Administrator to help us with our Candidate compliance and onboarding starting ASAP!

This position is to assist our busy Recruitment Teams with candidate onboarding and mobilisation.

• Complete Reference Checks
• Book and follow up medicals
• Follow up inductions, tickets, and licenses
• Complete compliance checks and prepare candidates for the site
• Upload candidate details into pay/timesheet platforms
• Communicate with candidates regularly to ensure they complete requirements in a timely manner
• Roster candidates into positions and communicate with clients
• Communicate with clients and update candidate compliance status
