Established in 2013, All Force Labour Solutions is a leading labour hire solutions provider, supplying high calibre workers to the Civil's and Construction industries.

We currently have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Civil Construction Safety Officer.

This role will see the successful candidate act as liaison between the company and head-contractor. Previous experience in a similar role is a prerequisite.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  • Pre-starts, SWMS sign-ins, site safety walks & inspections to ensure all staff members are complying with the WHS regulations in line with the Site Safety Management Plan.
  • Must be experienced with writing and reviewing JHA's and SWMS.
  • Onboarding experience required including ensuring all workers have completed the necessary inductions and training and making sure all tickets and licenses are up to date and valid.
  • Investigate and report on any accident, incidents or near misses
  • Provide training to team members when required.
  • Conduct reviews and risk analysis
  • Manage and develop relationships with employees and subcontractors

To be considered for the role, you will require:

  • Minimum Cert IV in WH&S
  • 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role working for a Tier 2 Construction Contractor.
  • Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
  • Experience working on civil construction projects $30M+
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
