WOW Recruitment are currently seeking an energetic Junior Account Manager for our client in the Tech Industry, based in Sydney CBD, starting ASAP!

You will join a team of like-minded individuals and a high performing team being the main point of a contact for a portfolio of clients across a number of industries within the SME market.

What you will do
As a Junior Account Manager your passion for helping others will help you succeed as you helping clients with their strategy and growing their customer base. You will be responsible for managing a set portfolio of existing customers' subscriptions and proactively providing top tier customer service to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to grow your portfolio.

• Maintain the value of your assigned customer portfolio
• Grow your portfolio value through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Establishing and building strong relationships with existing clients and creating new business opportunities
• Educate clients on products and services available
• Meeting a set of individual weekly/monthly KPI’s, revenue targets
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of internal CRM for feedback, forecast, and pipeline accuracy

 
What you will bring

• Min 1 year phone-based sales experience
• Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate and close deals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop new and existing skills
• Passionate about sales and strong work ethic
