Part Time HR Manager for ANZ - 3 days a week. Northern Sydney. Stand alone role for global Medical Business.

Your new company
Global medical brand with the ANZ head office in Northern Sydney, North Shore area. Seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Manager to take on a newly created Part Time HR Manager role to supporting a workforce of 50+ employees and roll out global initiatives.

Your new role
Working closely with the APAC HR Director and the Country GM for ANZ, you will be responsible for all HR work for the business of 50 - 60 employees based in Sydney and other states. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment and onboarding, HR policy development; providing advice on all HR processes, ER. legislation, payroll queries. Other key tasks will include remuneration & Benefits, payroll, leadership coaching and development; talent management and learning and development, as well as performance management and driving culture and engagement. You will have the opportunity to implement and develop new HR initiatives and work closely with global HR to roll out any new wider programs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a seasoned HR practitioner who has worked in an ANZ style role previously, managing and coaching a smaller workforce whilst being part of a global matrix structure. You will be hands on and enjoy operational HR work as much as strategy. you will be a professional, hard working and versatile leadership coach who can build relationships across a predominantly white collar and corporate workforce. Knowledge of the Medical, Pharma, medical Devices or healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential. Must be flexible .

What you'll get in return
This role is offering three days a week - flexible on when these days are taken and can possibly looking at the part time hours being worked over four days. Flexibility is key from both sides. There is onsite parking on offer and close to public transport. WFH will be an option in the future as part of the flexibility offerings however to begin with they will ideally want the new HR Manager to be in the business as much as possible to embed and get to know the company. Salary is $110,000 - $130,000 base + super Pro Rata.
