Our client is a fast growing fintech company based in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up with existing customers through making outbound calls and sending emails
- Managing any customer cancellations
- Recording customer information on CRM systems
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Support the team through general administrative duties
- Data entry and use of Excel
To be considered for this role you will have;
- A minimum of 1-2 years administration experience
- Experience in phone based customer service
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- High-level data entry/ keyboard skills
- Ideally some experience managing customer retention / complaints
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-directed and motivated with an innovative approach to conflict or issue resolution
- High attention to detail
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
