Our client is a fast growing fintech company based in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up with existing customers through making outbound calls and sending emails
• Managing any customer cancellations
• Recording customer information on CRM systems
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner 
• Support the team through general administrative duties
• Data entry and use of Excel

To be considered for this role you will have;

• A minimum of 1-2 years administration experience 
• Experience in phone based customer service
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency 
• High-level data entry/ keyboard skills
• Ideally some experience managing customer retention / complaints
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-directed and motivated with an innovative approach to conflict or issue resolution 
• High attention to detail 

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
