About the role

We are currently seeking a recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Underdale. This role is an office-based role and is full-time (38 hours per week).

In this position you will be required to recruit experienced and qualified healthcare workers to join our community care business. This role will focus on recruiting staff to work with our aged and disability care clients in the community.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast-paced environment and work within a dedicated team. We are experiencing strong business growth and our clients have a high demand for suitable care staff. We require an additional recruiter in the team who will be able to hit the ground running and deliver strong and consistent results.

This role will be based out of our office located in Underdale, however we service clients across South Australia so you may be able to work remotely to visit candidates in other areas (e.g. Victor Harbor).

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening & on-boarding a high volume of new applicants promptly
Writing job adverts and utilising alternative sourcing avenues (e.g. social media)
Conducting interviews & reference checking
Ensuring the compliance & accuracy of new employee files
Liaising with key internal stakeholders and providing regular updates on recruitment activities

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in high volume recruitment or experience in the healthcare sector
Passion and dedication to provide appropriate & consistent care for our clients
Able to deliver strong and consistent recruitment results at a high volume
Strong time management skills and able to prioritise
Solution oriented and strong problem solving skills
Able to work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Strong administrative skills
Flexibility to deal with changing conditions
