JOB DESCRIPTION

Fantastic opportunity to join the S Connect department within the Commercial Property as a Pop Up and Advertising Executive. You will be based out of the Stockland Burleigh Shopping Centre based in Gold Coast, and will be managing work for Burleigh and Birtinya Centre, near Caloundra. Hence, you will bring flexibility to drive between these centres as in when required.

This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days a week with flexibility to work on Mondays is a must with no 2 non-working days gap in a row.


The Opportunity

Your role will work on prospect, pitch, package and sell solution-based concepts to clients that result in budget achievement per quarter and annum. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external to deliver the best outcome for the business.

Your tasks will include:

  • Maintain, manage and grow S Connect pop up and advertising income by achieving and exceeding the yearly budget for the specified region/centres.
  • Develop new business strategies and packaged solutions for clients that are in line with client objectives (solution selling).
  • Establish high quality leads and a strong pipeline ongoing that is in line with ensuring budget achievement.
  • Pitching, proposal writing, presenting, negotiating and effective delivery/execution per client/campaign.
  • Ongoing client retention, growth and new business development.
  • Accurate forecasting, reporting and budgeting .
  • Establish appropriate industry relationships.
  • Best practice campaign execution per booking and across designated portfolio.
  • Prospect and source clients who are synergistic with Stockland strategy and values.

To be successful in this role you:

  • You will bring your pop-up sales experience with experience across campaign agency, media/event or sponsorship sales.
  • Experience within a retail industry or a similar industry is preferred.
  • You will bring proven experience in prospecting, new prospect meetings, working with existing clients, and compliance.
  • You will ideally bring your strong local knowledge along with a sharp client focus acumen.
  • Ability to build strong relationships will be key,
  • You will be an excellent verbal and written communicator.
