The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Catering Assistant to join our team at our Mars site in Ballarat. This role requires an experienced hospitality individual with a hands-on approach to all aspects of café duties including an understanding of coffee preparation. This is a Part Time position that will see you collect some incredible penalty rate across the night shift (10.00 PM to 7.00 AM) with the occasional afternoon shift.

Coffee making

Cash handling
General Café duties
Light food preparation and service
Dishwashing

The Person

Previous experience in a high-volume café/barista role/cook position
Customer service oriented
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and hard working
Understanding of food safety requirements

In line with the required legislation, a valid and current police check will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position
