Due to growth, a position has been created for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Development, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure Projects are run in Effective Manner Through Entire Process
• Control cost, Schedule of Project to Run on Budget & Time
• Draft & Manage the Project Approvals Process
• Source, Engage & Manage Preferred Contractors
• Liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record delivering office and industrial projects. Other key requirements include:

• Proven Experience in All Aspects of Construction Project Management
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management Skills
• Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management or Equivalent
• Contract Management & Strong Negotiation Skills
• Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
