Our client is a listed fund manager, an employer of choice who has achieved growth year on year (even during COVID) and is well led by a highly regarded CEO. With a focus on commercial and industrial developments, they are well placed to continue their upward trajectory in 2021 and beyond.
The role
Due to growth, a position has been created for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Development, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure Projects are run in Effective Manner Through Entire Process
- Control cost, Schedule of Project to Run on Budget & Time
- Draft & Manage the Project Approvals Process
- Source, Engage & Manage Preferred Contractors
- Liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record delivering office and industrial projects. Other key requirements include:
- Proven Experience in All Aspects of Construction Project Management
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management Skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management or Equivalent
- Contract Management & Strong Negotiation Skills
- Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
