Job Description

We are looking for Male/Female support workers to fill in a role in the northside of Brisbane, City, Keppera, Samford, Dakabin, Deception Bay, Morayfield area 15 to 25 hours a week.

Experience with korsakoff's encephalopathy and behavioural management/intervention favored.

MUST HAVE:

Have a positive attitude.

Must be patient.

Must be reliable.

Have own reliable car and comprehensive insurance

Blue card

Yellow card

Current CPR and First Aid certificate or willing to obtain one

License

Must hold ABN or willing to obtain one( its free)

Must obtain public liability and public indemnity insurance($33 a month)

Cert 3 in individual support Favored but not essential

Training will be provided before commencing. shift will be Monday to friday from 9am-3pm and overnights active(awake) 8pm-6am

Responsibilities will be personal care, domestic assistance, social support, community participation, cleaning, shopping, meal prep.
