The Opportunity
Our highly valued client - a federal government body, is seeking multiple Front of House/ Business Support Officers to join their growing teams across Victoria. Our client is transforming the disability sector by providing participants with the freedom to access funding based on their individual needs providing flexibility and choice.
As a Front of House & Business Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact to clients and their families, providing high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of telephone inquiries, reception duties, and appointment/ scheduling processes.
These initial APS3 level Federal contract roles are offering $36.27 + super hourly rate based on a 7.5 hour working day (excluding breaks).

- Provide front counter/reception support
- Management of email and calendar systems
- Coordinate appointments
- Provide information about mainstream/disability services as part of general inquiries to the office
- Undertake a range of data entry responsibilities
- Receive and record complaints
- Record information provided by participants in the Agency database
Requirements:
- Background in a similar role or experience in Reception/ Administration support
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Schedule and email management
- Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and manage a large workload
- Adaptability, flexibility and high attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards disability - direct or indirect experience within this sector or within health, aged care, medical, not-for-profit, volunteering or community involvement HIGHLY regarded
