At Borg, we have been part of a 30-year Australian success story. We are the largest Australian owned decorative and raw board manufacturer, producing Australian made kitchen doors, panels and benchtops, distributed nationwide.

Working at our Mount Gambier White Avenue site, the Boiler operator will monitor the boiler and other associated equipment, ensuring that it is functional and safe at all times.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Inspect safety devices and conduct tests on a daily basis
• Monitor boiler / water levels, make adjustments as necessary to keep the boiler within safety and tolerance levels
• Maintain accurate records of operation, fuel / water levels, completed maintenance and other data
• Machine operation
• Data entry
• House keeping

To be successful in securing this position you will have:

• Standard Boiler Operation (BS) high risk work licence
• Demonstrated experience as a Boiler operator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• A solution focussed approach to troubleshooting
