We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Employee Services Coordinator to provide support and help lead the Employee Services Representatives in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Employee Services Manager you will also assist with coaching and training of the Employee Services team and provide support to the Property & Security Services team as required.

The Employee Services Coordinator will also help generate and contribute ideas and initiatives that support business improvement and continuous improvement across the Employee Services function.

What you’ll be doing:
Support the Manager, Employee Services with the day to day operations of the Employee Services team

Deploy training to Employee Services Representatives

Leadership, coaching and support of Employee Services Representatives

Act as first point of escalation within the Melbourne-based Employee Services team

Deal promptly and comprehensively with all inquiries and correspondence, prioritising where necessary, personally dealing with them or referring them as appropriate

Work proactively to identify gaps and deliver high quality solutions and improvements of internal processes

Work proactively to support AGL’s corporate sites as required

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:
Previous experience in a similar role

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of people

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and effectively manage time and prioritise workload
