JOB DESCRIPTION
Above Benchmark is one of Australia’s leading Mystery Shopping Providers. Due to recent growth and new client partners, we are now recruiting Mystery Shoppers in numerous cities and regional towns across Australia.
Current Opening
We are looking for Mystery Shoppers who can visit retail stores, pharmacies, beauty clinics, restaurants and cafes in their local area. Mystery Shoppers pose as typical customers, to evaluate the service, cleanliness, food quality and overall experience. They are provided instructions and a survey form for each job, then they simply visit the client target and act just like a regular customer while observing everything. Upon completion, they log into our Mystery Shopping software and enter the results including any required photos and receipts.

Mystery Shopping is an excellent way to boost your income. It’s incredibly flexible and perfect for fitting in around your other commitments. It’s very casual and you apply for the mystery shops that you're interested in doing. Full instructions are provided along with any specific requirements, deadlines and full details if you need to purchase something.
Pay Structure
Mystery Shop payments are different for each job and are based on the time needed to perform the Mystery Shop. Mystery Shop payments range from $15 - $30 for phone calls and $20 -$50 for onsite visits. Meals and purchases are in addition to the mystery shop payment. If a purchase is required Mystery Shoppers are paid back with their survey payment.

Payment Requirements
Mystery Shoppers are typically independent contractors, not employees. They can invoice us with an ABN or they can choose to complete a simple form from the ATO stating they are undertaking Mystery Shopping as a Hobby. Mystery Shoppers are not required to supply a TFN and are responsible for their own superannuation, tax and insurance.
