JOB DESCRIPTION
Carecone is urgently scouting for an End-user Support Engineer required in Brisbane, QLD.
Responsibilities-
- Engage with employees for any IT issues and provide them with a satisfactory resolution.
- Customer Service, ownership of the issue and, the end-to-end resolution is the key.
- Coordinate with other teams, where the issue is related to servers, infrastructure or administrative platforms.
- Own the issue, and where required work with other teams, to provide resolution to the user.
- Setup desktops, Laptops, Mobiles, and Mobile Devices.
- Perform secure erase of devices for departing employees and make devices ready for redeployment.
- A manual configuration where required – certificates and other configurations.
- Work with SCCM and MDM engineers, to automate most of the setting, and reduce any opportunities for manual configurations.
- Setup and configure F5 based VPN.
- Identify hardware faults, and work with the hardware vendor to fix the issue.
- Update asset management system, with details of the asset and employee, allocated the asset.
- Work with IT security to configure and comply with IT security controls for devices.
