About Connect2Care

Connect2Care is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider. We offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Dietetics services to clients living with disabilities across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.

This role will be office-based in Caulfield on a full-time basis.

Only applicants with administration experience will be considered. Medical / Health / NDIS experience is not required, but will be highly regarded.

About the Role

  • Front line to all client / key stakeholders queries
  • Proficiently manage phones and emails
  • Arrange all appointments, query stage enquiries, interpreters, NDIS paperwork and all other client management
  • Work closely with the therapy staff to ensure service delivery to clients is optimal
  • Liaise with clients, their families, and key stakeholders for those living with disability
  • Work and develop knowledge within the NDIS landscape. Connect2Care will train the appropriate candidate in the scope of NDIS
  • Other miscellaneous admin tasks
