CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER (CSM)

We are seeking a passionate Client Services Manager whose track record in disability services demonstrates strategic thinking and outstanding results, and whose leadership abilities create harmonious team cultures.

Disability Connect Victoria is made up of vibrant, enthusiastic and caring people spread across our Head Office in Warragul and our field staff based across the eastern half of Victoria. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Companies Directors, you will be responsible for leading our Client Services Team to deliver quality person centred and client focused outcomes.

Within this Management role you will be responsible for the overall quality of services, ensuring timeliness and working within a budget framework while implementing a planned approach to the professional development of your team members, quality & compliance, and business development while working within Disability Connects’ values and mission.

Within this Management role you will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the business development including the development of referral relationships with support networks, support coordinators, local area coordinators, government departments and agencies to benefit client experience and the retention of existing clients and attraction of new clients.

In addition to the above you will also be required to demonstrate;

· Exceptional Relationship Building, Networking and Interpersonal Skills with A Commitment to Providing A High Level of Customer Service

· Provide Leadership with A Positive and Professional Approach Allowing Staff to Perform with A Clear Understanding of Duties, Strategies and Direction

· Ensure All Financial, Legal and Operational Documentation Is Maintained and Monitored for Continuous Improvement Processes.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will be an inspiring, flexible and values-based leader with experience in managing evolving teams and have an exceptional understanding of the NDIS and its applications in a client centric service model.

In addition, you will ideally possess:

· Relevant Tertiary Qualifications or Equivalent (Disability, Nursing or Related)

· Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Managing Services and People Within the Disability Sector or Similar Organisation

· Demonstrated Understanding Of NDIS, The Principles of Active Support and Human Rights-Based Approach to Service Delivery

· Ability to Transform the Performance and Culture in The Workplace, With A Commitment to Client Outcomes and A Positive Employee Experience

· Strong Organisational Skills with Attention to Detail and Effectively Managing The Demands Of An Ever-Changing Workload.

· Proficient Computer Literacy Skills and Advanced Interpersonal Communication Skills Including Negotiation and The Preparation of Written and Verbal Reports

· A Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check

· A Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Vehicle

· An NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate
