Our client is a global, market leading supplier to the beef and dairy industry with a well-established business that has serviced Australian Dairy and Beef farmers for decades. As their business continues to grow, the company is seeking to appoint a Key Account/ Territory Manager in Northern Victoria. The role will work in a small existing team to ensure that through providing technical advice and developing, implementing and managing successful relationships with new and existing customers, the business continues to grow and remain relevant to its end user / farmer customers. Key to establishing successful relationships with end user customers will be to understand what are their commercial drivers, and responding with appropriate products and services.

To be successful, you will have an understanding and/or experience of dairy production systems and farm performance (both production and commercial) and have strong communication skills that will allow you to build and maintain credibility at end user level. You will have a good understanding of technology and an ability to sell a technical product and have superior organisation and presentation skills and will feel comfortable working in a relationship based, customer facing role.

You will have the ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively and be capable of working in a team culture.
