The Company

The role

Due to natural business growth and internal promotions, they are currently looking to bring on qualified and experienced Leading hands with experience working on major pipeline projects within Australia. As the face of the project, the successful candidate will have a background in successful team management and project delivery. This candidate will have great written and verbal communication skills as well as a keen work ethic and a positive working attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will also need:

• 2+ years in a Leading hand role within the civil industry
• 5+ years working on water infrastructure projects within Australia
• Demonstrated team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in liaising with engineers and water authorities within Victoria is preferred but not essential
• Experience working on pipeline infrastructure projects
