A leading Telecommunications organisation is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to provide support 4 leads with the training and enablement area

This role is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Diary management and meeting coordination
Developing or updating templates in Microsoft Office programs Meeting scheduling Meeting minutes Email communication development, review and approval (utilising Vision6)
Manage expense reimbursements
Produce reports and presentations and prepare correspondence
Coordinate recruitment and on-boarding
Coordinate events
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:-
Two plus years experience as a Team Assistant or Coordinator supporting management level
SharePoint experience
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Operational administrative experience
Friendly., can-do attitude
Must have stakeholder management, ability to work as a team and collaborate with excellent communications skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
