About the role:

My Client is searching for a Store Manager to run the Brisbane DFO store. To be successful you will be authentic and genuine with great values. You LOVE to be on the floor, making and driving sales with your team. A high level of customer service and fitting room support is required here as you are empowering women to look and feel their best. You are passionate about leading a team and growing your team to be the best that they can be.

As Store Manager, you are responsible for all recruitment, training and development of your team. You are a sales driver and can coach your team to achieve sales and KPI targets as well as leading by example. 

Skills and Requirements:

• Driven and self-motivated leader
• Minimum of 2 years Management experience
• Proven sales ability, you tend to always sit in #1
• You come from a fashion background, ideally Boutique
• Consultative sales approach
• High level of customer service
• Attention to detail
• A positive can-do attitude
• Solution-focused
