JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an ANZ, Marketing Program Specialist, to play a key role in Hootsuite’s success by supporting the delivery of regional marketing programs. This role is a critical regional role to deliver qualified leads that increase pipeline; whilst supporting customer retention and overall regional company growth. You will partner with regional and global teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Analytics and Growth. In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Regional (EMEA/ANZ) Marketing Programs, based in London.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of the ANZ Marketing strategy.
  • Help develop and execute scalable integrated go-to-market programs to support growth of the database, net new Enterprise customer acquisition, customer renewal and upsell.
  • Execute major Hootsuite events and conference programmes targeting the ANZ market
  • Support in the development and editing of the ANZ content strategy, delivering relevant localization and translation when required
  • Manage ANZ social media content amplification and engagement; whilst acting as an ambassador for regional employee advocacy.
  • Conduct marketing programs reporting and analysis to track performance, spend and return on investment (ROI).
  • Provide recommendations to optimise campaigns and programmes based on data analysis, historical results and trends.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to understand needs of the ANZ market and gather feedback as part of the program’s development process
  • Maintain lead flow reporting (quality/quantity and conversion) and dashboard management through cross-functional team collaboration to ensure effective lead flow and funnel maintenance
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation and Sales teams to manage lead uploads and adhere to Service Level Agreements for optimal turnaround and follow up processes.
  • Assist in managing relevant program budget


What You’ll Need
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing within an agency or corporate
  • Experience working in the B2B technology / SaaS industry.
  • Experience in developing or supporting integrated demand generation programs
  • Strong project management skills.
  • An understanding of digital marketing software (i.e. Marketo, Hootsuite, CMS etc.).
  • Experience using reporting and analytics software (i.e. Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM software e.g. Salesforce.com.
  • Strong content writing and editing skills;
  • Event management experience; including both live and virtual event productions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple projects.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams and build productive working relationships.
  • Willing to learn and develop skills, with a positive and respectful attitude in the workplace environment.

The salary for this position is $85,000-$90,000 AUD per annum plus competitive benefits.
