Come and join our successful Property Management team! As the Customer Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for implementing and managing the customer service and experience program in order to maximize the presentation of the property, and the engagement and satisfaction of the property occupants. As part of these responsibilities, the role will assume responsibility for the management of nominated front of house services which influence the presentation, brand and perceptions of the property.

Key responsibilities;

  • Event planning and co-ordination including promotional events and Community and charity program co-ordination,
  • Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries and forecasts,
  • Management over social media platforms and property marketing initiatives,
  • Foster and develop relationships between the management team, service providers and partners to create a seamless and unified customer experience,
  • Ensuring all applicable contracts are maintained.

To be successful, you will bring your customer service “A-game”, which will be proven by your education or prior work experience in the sector. You will be a confident and well-spoken individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is seeking a long-term career.

You may have recently worked within the hotel industry or have been in an event planning role (or similar). This role could also suit someone who has exposure to a marketing role and is looking for a more hands on role.

You will have exceptional customer service & client relationship management skills, have the drive to succeed and are looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class, global organisation!
