Reporting to the Talent Manager, this role will proactively source and screen applications to fulfil the recruitment needs of the Spotlight Group and The Spotlight Property Group.


Writing job ads to attract talent to the business
Talent searching via various platforms including Seek Premium and LinkedIn Recruiter
Process and screening applications
Providing short list to hiring managers and coordinating interviews
Communicating outcomes to candidates and talent pooing for future opportunities
Conducting employment, ID and VIVO checks
Generating employment contracts and assisting with the onboarding of new employees
Managing Data integrity in the Talent Management System - Pageup.


Ability to build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders
High level of negotiation skills
A passion for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers
Sound written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage your time to meet SLAs
Prior experience working in retail business is preferred
Experience recruiting within IT, Finance, Marketing and Merchandise is a must
