We're looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the partner business and influence decision-making. You will work with the APJ and WW teams to continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses. This will require balancing a mix of operational, programmatic and strategic responsibilities by closely working with the APJ CSM Team, other Operations teams across APJ and WorldWide (WW) to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives. You will also support customers and AWS in building out a value realisation capability including the definition, quantification and realisation of business value from multi-year journeys to the cloud. In this you will bring existing AWS teams together with the customer to maximise the value cloud services can deliver.

Reporting to the APJ Head of CSM, the CSM SSOE Manager is responsible for delivering step change in the efficiency, data driven growth and effectiveness of the CSM function. You will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers and focus industries and markets. This position also manages the administration and execution of the team’s targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the Business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results across key verticals and business units
Successful candidates will have the ability to think big, invent and gain senior executive support a management consulting, analyst background with experience working in the technology sector. You must be able to roll-up his/her sleeves, and work directly with the models/data and will be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be experienced at working with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them. You will have superb communication and customer-relationship skills, outstanding analytic insight and You will be a natural problem solver with a cool head that can deal with ambiguity and work autonomously to drive the deliver results for your customer. Active collaboration with leadership across AWS Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, and Compensation will be crucial to the effective execution of the responsibilities.

You will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The position requires both the ability to implement formal cadence and process controls, as well as the ability to think and react quickly to changing conditions. You will define a value realisation framework associated with their cloud initiatives undertaken on AWS. This role will require you to work with a large group of internal and external stakeholders to gain knowledge, insight and understanding and stakeholder management skills and strong executive presence are key to success. As you undertake this work you will create repeatable mechanisms, frameworks and a body of work that can be used to further refine the approach considering customer maturity, industry variation, organisational structure and customer methodology and approaches. Creating dashboards and reports that are effective and have impact is key to your role. You'll be comfortable working with analytical and data visualisation tools and have an appetite to create and improve existing tools.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, value realisation framework and dashboards to drive key business decisions across APJ
· Lead APJ wide initiatives and be an active regional participant on both the CSM and Operations teams
· Working with the local management, lead the annual metrics, goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes across key verticals and business units
· Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to AWS senior management regarding CSM initiatives, CSM segment performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden
· Lead the modeling and development of recommendations for opportunity sizing, global allocations, and alignments
· Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging 3rd party data sources as needed for Analytics


Basic Qualifications
· The right person will possess 12-15 years of program and project management in a technical hardware or software environment, with a demonstrated track record of leading multi-team initiatives. Ideal candidate will have either served in a multi-disciplinary role or had multiple functional roles in an MNC IT Corporation throughout his or her career.
· Ability to map complex combinations of resources against objectives, track dependencies and risk, assess impact of change across interdependent work streams and projects, and effectively communicate status within the cross-team and up to executive audiences.
· Ability to embrace agile methods for gathering and tracking requirements and managing interrelated work streams in the midst of dynamic change.
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
Strong finance and technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving multiple projects that deliver results.
· Strong analytical and complex multi-task management skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
· Strong skills in analytical tools including Excel, Tableau, Quicksight and others.
· Knowledge of and the ability to work with teams in designing and conducting analysis including: meta analysis, cohort analysis, linear programming, Monte Carlo simulation, regression analysis, correlation analysis.

· Knowledge of AWS
· MBA an advantage
· APJ markets knowledge and/or experience
