Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a professional, team focused individual who is passionate about helping others. Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team you will have excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask. Home Care North East provides a range of services to older people living in the North, East & Barossa areas supporting them to live independently at home and to be active in the community.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Delivering excellent customer service with a customer focused approach
  • Providing quality and timely administrative support services for the program
  • Monitoring and verifying timesheets for Care Staff in accordance with relevant guidelines
  • Ensuring the maintenance of records and databases to support service delivery and compliance
  • Managing Debtor/Creditor accounts and handling customer account enquiries

What do you need to bring?

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • High level attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Digital savviness, with the proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
