Raw.Studio is a highly strategy-focused, product (UX/UI) design studio in Sydney. When we say we work on exciting projects, we mean it. Our clientele ranges from household startup names including CoinSpot, ZipMoney, to Y-Combinator and backed startups like Snappr. On top of that, we also work with some of Australia's largest enterprises including IAG.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for helping Raw.Studio continue its growth by helping attract and convert new business and build up agency-client relationships. Successful applicants will have a proven track record of high performance in a sales environment.


You Will Be Responsible For

  • Leading strategy development and success criteria for assigned client(s).
  • Strategically manages the agency-client relationship.
  • Budget control and forecasting
  • Explaining and demonstrating our services and products.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Cold-call/email/message leads
  • Conduct pitch meetings
  • Responsible for follow-up
  • Close leads

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a high performing sales person.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, both within Raw.Studio and with external accounts. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
