Short Description: XenDesktop (VDI) Level 2 Support

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Good Hands on experience with Xendesktop 7.6 & Higher versions
  • Expert on all versions of Citrix XenDesktop/ Virtual Apps & Desktops and strong knowledge of Citrix Secure Gateway / Web Interface / Netscaler and the communication between them and Citrix farm.
  • Extensive experience as Citrix systems administrator providing 24/7 operational support for Citrix NetScaler gateway, XenDesktop production environments.
  • Extensive experience working interactively with business customers and resolving day to day Citrix XenDesktop VDI related issues.
  • Extensive experience as systems administrator supporting and maintaining Citrix enterprise environments, including Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 and later.
  • Good Experience of Citrix Security, Citrix policy printer management through Citrix, Windows profile management and group policy management and configuration.
  • Knowledge of desktop management concepts such as local profiles, roaming profiles, folder redirection & AppSense
  • Knowledge of Advanced administration, maintenance of Citrix infrastructure and published applications and desktops
  • Installation and configuration of Citrix client and servers, Configuring VDI's in Citrix Farm.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
