This role

Our rapidly growing business is seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant who can provide an end-to-end internal recruitment service. This is a fast paced role in which you will undertake attraction and sourcing strategies, candidate management and onboarding of new staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting, arranging and conducting interviews, reference checking and verification of registrations, employment rights etc.
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Management of advertising and job boards.
  • Onboarding of new employees including preparing of employment offers.
  • Liaising closely with stakeholders to determine and forecast recruitment needs.
  • Implement and execute a range of recruitment strategies and initiatives tailored to attract appropriate talent including assessment centres and bulk canvassing.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in the health care industry and high volume recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of administration skills including proficiency with Microsoft applications.
