Role Description

We’re looking for System Deployment Specialists to join our high performing team.

The System Deployment professional will have a comprehensive understanding of continuous integration and delivery processes and tools with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Perform configuration management of applications using DevOps processes and toolsets

  • Perform deployment activities between development, testing and production environments

  • Team with technical engineers and release managers to ensure the coordinated planning and management of deployments

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the usage of continuous integration and delivery processes and tools

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement in service delivery to the client.

  • Supervise other team members


  • Basic qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles

  • System administration skills, including familiarity with Unix environments

  • Familiarity with Oracle Middleware and WebLogic (highly desirable)

  • DevOps skills and familiarity with configuration management and DevOps toolsets including Git, Artifactory and Jenkins.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Team leadership skills


  • Essential Requirement

    Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance is mandatory for this role (must be an Australian Citizen) and current Baseline security clearance would be highly advantageous.
