Provide graphic design and presentation services to support the production of Council’s Annual Report and other design and publishing needs of the Strategy and Reporting team.

• Lead and role model customer focused behaviour by delivering the highest standards of service to our customers.
• Work in partnership with your team leader to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations. Give and receive regular feedback to enable performance to be improved and take personal responsibility for optimising your potential within Council.
• Produce Council’s Annual Report in line with Council’s corporate marketing strategy, guidelines, policies and processes, including branding, approvals processes, corporate style guide, priority campaigns, liaising with third party agencies, and preferred supplier arrangements.
• High level document review and editing, including under Councils formal document governance and processes.
• Apply specialised software and hardware to design and publish the Annual Report
• Maintenance of computer file systems to ensure integrity of data and organisation of content and graphics submitted for inclusion in the Annual Report
• Research and implement new technologies to facilitate enhanced graphics and presentation capabilities within the Annual Report.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant best practice graphics and standards.
