RACV Inverloch Resort is the perfect place to recharge in comfort while reconnecting with nature. The Inverloch Resort offers a wide range of accommodation from three bed villas with ocean view rooms to our Caravan Park that is surrounded by natural bushland.

RACV is currently seeking for a motivated and friendly Maintenance Manager to joining our iconic brand on a permanent full time basis.

A day in the life…

As the Maintenance Manager you’ll be responsible for the efficient planning, directing and management of all aspects of maintenance within the resort. This relates to both daily, preventative maintenance, property based projects and third-party contractor requirements.

You’ll be required to liaise with third party contractors and perform tasks in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with OH&S policies and procedures and report any complex maintenance issues. This position has high expectations around effective communication to other departments and appropriate documentation.

This position is a permanent full-time position. To ensure our property has 7-day maintenance coverage this role will be required to work weekends.

We’re looking for…

Someone who will live and breathe the RACV IACT values; Innovation, accountability, courage and one team. In addition to;

  • Previous maintenance experience with a trade qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in leading, supporting and mentoring a team
  • Manage reporting, documentation, budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance plans
  • Ability to build rapport with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail & solid time management skills
  • A solid understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
  • Suitable physical fitness
  • Ability to interact with our members and guests
