EPAM Australia team seeks a talented, customer-focused Talent Acquisition Researcher to identify and assess top technical talent across Australia and New Zealand.
You will partner with the APAC Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers worldwide while creating talent pools, inventing sourcing strategies, building pipelines, and sourcing top candidates for complex technical roles.

Responsibilities
- Help support the hiring demand for our rapidly growing businesses
- Optimise operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Support and drive the roadmap for the EPAM Australia talent acquisition team and partner with teams outside of the APAC region
- Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLAs
- Drive candidate feedback surveys and participate in other recruiting/HR initiatives to provide the best recruiting support
- Manage a matrix environment, from maintaining reports to multiple relations relationships
Requirements
- Having at least 5-8 years of technical recruitment experience with knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques, you will be able to effectively build talent pipelines
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or with a fast-paced recruiting agency will help you pick up the pace
- Managing stakeholders' expectations and ensuring timely delivery will help you build trusting and collaborative relations with account and resource managers
- Ability to plan and prioritise, track and document your work, would be a great help for us to analyse what went well and enhance our processes
- Being tech-savvy and experience with a few ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates will come in handy and help you optimise your workload
- Ability to communicate with influence and social media presence with a thriving personal and professional brand would definitely be helpful
