Job Description
- Manage collections
- Responsible for credit queries
- Process high volume of invoices using purchase order matching
- Responsible for liaising with suppliers
- Manage employee expenses
- Resolve any issues or inconsistencies
- Assist with any ad hoc month end duties
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years experience in full function Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Must be immediately available
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting/ Finance is desirable
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Fast learner and willingness to learn
