Your New Role

Join the New Accounts team in assisting with the client onboarding process whilst building and maintaining long term customer relationships:

• First point of contact over phone & email for customers, employers and internal & external advisors
• Process new acccount documentation and ensure that the account opening process satisfies the client's needs with exceptional service
• Assist Compliance officer with approval process
• Strong emphasis on AML & KYC knowldge dealing with queries
• Learn all aspects of the clients brokerage platform & policies

Your Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years in new account opening/onboarding experience with AML & KYC knowledge (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in coporate customer service
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to take on a fast paced workplace
