About The Role …

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Shift Manager who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service and management skills.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Clearing glasses and plates
• Cleaning and setting tables
• Receiving payment from guests
• Running food and drinks to guests
• Cleaning and organization of service associated areas
• Greeting and seating guests
• Pouring and mixing alcoholic drinks
• Taking guests orders and entering in the POS
• General waiting/service duties
• Assists in the training and development of other team members
• Assists in the supervision of other team members
• Supervision of restaurant operations including coordination of people, equipment and products for a service period

About You …

We are looking for someone passionate about creating a place people love to be. Someone who enjoys hospitality and likes to put a smile on people's faces with amazing drinks and great customer service.

You should have good operational and business smarts and ability to make good decisions. Some management experiences would be a plus but not essential (rosters, ordering, hiring and training team members, etc.).

Experience And Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year as a Shift Manager in a high volume restaurant
• RSA certificate
