Barista/Café - Casual Staff
Café in Frankston/Karingal is on the search for passionate and experienced staff to join our team.
You will possess excellent coffee skills coupled with outstanding customer service.
We are seeking someone with proven experience in a cafe/barista role who can hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities of this will include:

• Food preparation
• Food safety/Hygiene procedures
• Coffee making/ Customer service
• Cash handling
• Carrying out instructions and tasks left by the manager.
• Opening & Closing of the store

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 12 months experience in a similar environment
• At least 2 years barista experience in a fast paced high volume environment.
• Outstanding initiative paired with a sense of urgency
• Strong Customer focus
• The ability to work under pressure
• Proven ability to follow procedures/policies
• Be willing to learn the company’s standards & adapt skills accordingly
• Be able to work efficiently on your own

Weekend and late afternoon availability is a must between 6.30am-6.00pm
Public transport is available however your own transport would be preferable, parking available on site

Casual roles with up to 38hrs a week available
